carefully:

you an invoice by which you can simply and safely pay us online. Item(s) will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
2) Alternatively, you may pay via mailed money order in U.S. dollars only. Money orders may be obtained at your local post office, plus some convenience stores and banks. This method of payments will delay shipping speed. (Sorry, no personal checks.)

Please note that we are currently shipping in the U.S. or Canada only. We will gladly ship to U.S. military personnel overseas if 1) payment can be made via a verified U.S. PayPal account and 2) we can use a U.S. address to route the package to you.

dollars only. All sales/trades are final.

we will ship your item via U.S.P.S. unless otherwise noted.
You will receive a tracking confirmation number (as available) to
track delivery status of your package.
• Do you ever trade items?
We may consider a trade or a partial trade,
depending upon our interest in what you have to offer and item
value. We are typically particular about items we will accept for trade. Visit our wish list for more info. on trades.
Partial trades must be paid via money order shipped with your
item. Shipping and handling charges are waived for even
trades.
• How do you ship your items?
Items are shipped via U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service) unless
special circumstances arise. All shipping and handling costs are the
responsibility of the buyer, and will be indicated in your final total. We choose the least expensive shipping method unless otherwise requested.
As much as possible, Stuff 'n' Junque uses recycled shipping
materials in order to keep shipping and handling costs low. Occasionally, we may need to purchase special materials, such as poster tubes, in order to ship your item safely. In these cases, material costs may be included in your shipping and handling total.
Your package will include a Stuff n Junque invoice
which will give a complete line item list of your purchase.
While we package all product as securely as possible, Stuff
n Junque is not responsible for damage or errors
caused during the shipping process.
• Why do you not list more item prices on the site?
The value of collectibles can fluctuate tremendously for a
variety of reasons. Because we try to sell our items at a fair
price for both ourselves and the buyer, we research current item
prices as a request is made. This way, we can be sure that our
offers are up-to-date and reasonable, making it the best possible
offer for all.
• Why not just sell on ebay or some other auction or seller
site?
We have listed items on ebay or Craig's List on occasion. You can check
for ebay listings and feedback under our screen name snjbids.
Since auction sites incur a charge to the seller, this in turn
can cause higher prices. Therefore, we often prefer to sell
directly from our site so that Stuff n Junque is able
to offer competitive pricing as well as a first-come-first-served
policy, which is usually much nicer than fighting for something
you really want.
• How frequently do you update your site? Are the items
listed really available?
Stuff 'n' Junque makes every attempt to keep our listings as
current as possible. When an item is sold, it is
immediately removed from the site.
We do have a first-come-first-served policy, which means that if
two people simultaneously inquire about the same product, the first person to
inquire will be first allowed to buy it. (This has happened with surprising frequency.) We do not allow for
bidding wars, and do not offer different prices to different
people inquiring in the same time period. There may be no marker
indicating this, but we will let you know if another buyer is
currently considering the item ahead of you. If the first person to inquire
chooses not to purchase the item, we will e-mail you to let you
know that you have been moved up to first inquirer status.
If an item is in the process of being sold, you may see a red
"sale pending" marker next to that item.
These markers are put up to hold an item only if the buyer is
serious in their offer. If a sale agreement has been reached and
we do not receive payment within a reasonable period of time, the
marker will be removed and the item will be made available to
other buyers.
If you request an item that for some reason cannot be located in
our extensive stock, we will notify you and remove the item from
the site immediately. Should the item then be located within a
reasonable period, we will let you know without re-listing it to
the public so that you have the opportunity to purchase it
first.
• What is your privacy policy?
Stuff n Junque does not collect or keep names,
e-mails, addresses, phone numbers or any other contact
information of any customer or inquirer to our site for any
reason other than record keeping. We do not sell any contact
information to any outside source. Your e-mail address will not
be used by us without your express permission, such as if you
should wish to be contacted about an item in future.
No one from this site will ask you for any personal information
until a sale is under consideration. Upon reaching the sale
agreement, you will be asked for your name and shipping address, as well as an appropriate e-mail linked to your PayPal account for billing purposes as needed. This information will be used only for the individual sale,
and is not stored for further use outside of record keeping.
Stuff n Junque asks that you do not send any credit
or debit card information to us via any means. Any such
information will be discarded immediately, and any pending order
will be put on hold until appropriate payment is received.
